A Vision Realised
At J Boult Designs, we've always believed in reusing and recycling! Our new workshop is a testament to this belief. By converting a shipping container into a fully functional workspace, we've created a unique environment that fosters creativity and efficiency. This innovative approach not only aligns with our commitment to sustainability but also allows us to continue producing high-quality, handcrafted products that our customers love.
The Heart of Lochaline, a village on the remote Morvern peninsulaÂ
The Morvern peninsula, with its stunning landscapes and rich heritage, provides the perfect backdrop for our workshop. This wild environment inspires our designs, while the close-knit community helps us with innovation (coming up with solutions to problems) and run our small business (especially the very accomodating post office that takes our orders!). Our location in Lochaline isn't just a beautiful place to work; it's a crucial element of our identity. The rugged beauty and timeless traditions of this region are reflected in every item we create.
Craftsmanship and Dedication
Inside our new workshop, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure that our team can work at their best. From custom workbenches to storage solutions, everything is designed to enhance our creative process.Â
Innovation Meets Sustainability
Converting a shipping container into a workshop is a significant step towards our sustainability goals. This innovative reuse of materials not only reduces waste but also minimises our environmental footprint. At J Boult Designs, we believe that great design shouldn't come at the expense of the planet. Our new workshop embodies this ethos, allowing us to create beautiful, sustainable products that our customers can feel good about.

Looking to the Future
As we settle into our new workshop, we're more excited than ever about the future. This new space feels like it is opening up new avenues for us to create pieces from upcycled and recycled materials. We look forward to expanding our product range, experimenting with new techniques, and continuing to share our passion for handmade gifts to the world.Â
